Artisan Walk is located at the corner of Chambersburg and Bellefontaine in Huber Heights, Ohio and is ideally situated within 4 miles of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, approximately 2 miles from Interstate 70, and only 1/2 mile from the newly developing commercial and recreational Huber Centre.
How can I purchase a home at Artisan Walk?

We will contact you with pre-qualification information and answer any questions you may have. By registering on the pre-qualified interest list you will receive first notification of lot releases, updates and new information as it becomes available.
How many home sites are there in the community?
80 Homes sites will be available and the community will have three neighborhood parks.
Is there a Homeowners Association (HOA)?
Yes – the HOA at Artisan Walk provides landscape maintenance of your private lawn area, the common areas and neighborhood parks, maintenance of the community fencing and private access lanes, as well as snow removal of the private lanes, walkways and driveways. HOA dues are approximately $65 per month.
What types of homes are being built?
One and two-story basement homes with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 baths- slab homes are also available. Seven well-designed floor plans from approximately 1,400 sq. ft., to 2,600 sq. ft are offered. The smaller and less expensive floor plans are being finalized and will be offered this spring. The homes at Artisan Walk reflect timeless architecture, superior craftsmanship, and attractive design elements. The floor plans offer spacious interiors and a variety of options and upgrades including bedroom, den and loft options per plan, screened in side yard porches or sun rooms, finished basements with baths, and more.
