Where is Artisan Walk located?
Located at the corner of Chambersburg and Bellefontaine in Huber Heights, Ohio - Artisan Walk is ideally situated within 4 miles of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, approximately 2 miles from Interstate 70, and only 1/2 mile from the newly developing commercial and recreational Huber Centre.
When will Artisan Walk open?
Artisan Walk opens for reservations and pre-sales beginning in Fall 2006. The Artisan Walk models and sales office are expected to be complete in early 2007, until then please be sure to visit our on-site sales trailer and add your name to the current interest list.
How can I be among the first to purchase a home at Artisan Walk?

We will contact you with pre-qualification information and to answer any questions you may have. By being registered on the pre-qualified interest list you will receive first notification of Lot releases, updates and any new information as it becomes available.
How many home sites are there in the community?
80 Homes sites will be available and the community will have three neighborhood parks.
Will there be a Homeowners Association (HOA)?
Yes – approximately $780 per year ($65 monthly). When comparing
Association dues be sure you understand what is included, dues will vary
depending on the services provided. Dues at Artisan Walk will include landscape
maintenance of your front and back yard, the common areas and neighborhood
parks, maintenance of the community fencing and private access lanes, as
well as snow removal of the private lanes, walkways and all driveways.
What types of homes are being built?
One and two-story, basement homes with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 baths; slab homes are also available. Four well-designed floor plans from approximately 1,800 sf, to 2,600 sq. ft are being offered. The homes at Artisan Walk reflect unique architecture, superior craftsmanship, and upscale design elements. The floor plans offer spacious interiors and a variety of options and upgrades including bedroom, den and loft options per plan, screened in side yard porches or sun rooms, finished basements with baths, etc.
